What is an on-chain withdrawal?
An on-chain withdrawal moves crypto out of Fundscrow onto the blockchain - to an address you control, or someone else's. It's a real network transaction with a real network fee and a transaction hash you can check on any block explorer.
That's a different job from Banking. To get money into a bank, sell crypto into your own Fundscrow account and send it on from there. If you want crypto somewhere else, use this.
What you can send, and where
Token and network travel together. USDT on TRON and USDT on Ethereum are two different things, with different addresses and very different fees. Pick the wrong network
and the funds don't arrive.

Five steps, no guesswork
You see the fee before you confirm
Blockchain fees are paid by you, not absorbed by us. Every platform works that way - we just say it upfront and show the maths. The quote breaks out what you're sending, what the network takes and what leaves your balance.
Fees depend entirely on the network. TRON and Stellar are cheap. Ethereum depends on gas at the moment you send.
Why a withdrawal isn't instant
Every withdrawal request goes into an approval queue. Smaller amounts clear automatically. Larger ones are reviewed by our team before anything is broadcast. If a request is rejected, the funds go straight back to your available balance - nothing is lost and nothing is stuck.
While a request is waiting, the amount shows as pending withdrawal, held separately from your available balance. You always know
what you can still spend.
Three ways out.
This is the one you're on
Cashing out crypto should not feel uncertain. Fundscrow gives users a clear off-ramp process with account verification, transaction visibility, wallet controls and compliance checks built into the platform.
What gets checked before your crypto leaves
A withdrawal is the one action that can't be undone, so it carries the heaviest checks on the platform.
If you've just reset 2FA, changed your PIN or been through account recovery, withdrawals go to manual review for a short window, whatever the amount. That's deliberate. It's exactly the gap someone taking over an account would use.
